This has been reported in timesofindia.indiatimes.com dated 19 September 2015.
The Mumbai-bound Deccan Queen and Pragati Express that were scheduled to reach Pune station on Friday evening landed up late by almost 12 hours and 10 hours, respectively. Several passengers had to cancel their travel plans because of trains running late.
A number of long distance trains ran five to six hours late since the soil under the tracks between Vadgaon and Kamshet had been washed away after the heavy downpour on Friday. Though the railways restored the train movement in the affected section early in the morning, it struggled to operate trains on scheduled time.
